Before first use: apply one patch to the inside of your forearm for 24 hours to check for a reaction. If redness, itching or swelling develops, do not use the product.
Do not use if you are: pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, allergic to any listed ingredient, or if you have broken, irritated or recently shaved skin at the application site.
How to use: apply one patch over the navel, wear for 8–12 hours, then remove. Never wear more than one patch in a 24-hour period. Rotate the position slightly each night to reduce irritation.
